 Appearance can be deceiving, is a quote that is talking about sometimes what we see is not actually true. For example, during World War Two, there were many propaganda in many countries, in purpose of make people admire their leaders. There are some famous leaders, such as Hitler and Stalin. In propaganda they are kind and friendly looking, but in fact, their orders killed a lot of people, and they are evil.
