Class blog- universal education

The Elementary Education in 1880 insisted on compulsory attendance from 5–10 years. For example, ensuring underprivileged children attended school was their main work. Children from poor family were often sent to work in order to earn money. Attendance Officers often visited those family whose children failed to attend school, which often made no changes. The Free Education started in 1891 students only had to pay school fees up to ten shillings every week. The Elementary Education 1893 lengthens the school graduating age to 11 and later to 13. The Elementary Education for blind and deaf students was later existed, which brought the establishment of special schools.
